Rotary Club of Mayfair - Monday Dinners

We the Rotary Club of Mayfair (the "Club") invites you to join us for dinner on a Monday evening when our club meets formally.

Please select the date you wish to attend and the type of ticket that you wish to book (Mayfair Rotarian, Visiting Rotarian, Guest).

Dinners on Monday evening start promptly at 19:30 with doors opening at 19:00. The meeting is expected to end between 20:30-21:00.

The meals are held at the Chesterfield Hotel Mayfair (35 Charles Street, Mayfair W1J 5EB London). Upon arrival, please ask at reception to be directed to the room we meet in.

The cost of the two-course dinner is £23 (i.e. main and dessert). This is paid on arrival either in cash or card. The hotel collects this after you have given them your meal choices. Please note there is always a vegetarian option. You will receive two meal cards that you place in front of your plate so the hotel staff know your options. For certain meetings, you will need to pay in advance.

Guests & Visiting Rotarians

Guests are encouraged to attend and prior to booking attendance, we ask that guests and visiting Rotarians please email rotarymayfair@gmail.com letting us know which date they wish to attend and providing us with a short self-description (i.e. main occupation and other particular areas personal interest).

The guest will be told of the layout of the dinner. It will be explained that the meal is informal and that the Club holds its usual business meeting between courses. This is when Club projects are discussed. The guest will be told that they are free to participate with their ideas and comments.

Please note there are limited guest tickets available for every meeting.

Last minute bookings

Ticket sales will stop at 13:00 on the Monday the meal is held. This is because the Club must inform the venue of our numbers.

The Club's Secretary operates a waiting list system so if you miss the deadline or want to attend last minute please email rotarymayfair@gmail.com. We will then confirm your attendance according to the numbers we have.

Cancellations

If you book a place and then do not cancel before 09:00 on Monday morning, you will be asked to pay for your place.
